Shipping Processing Standards

24-hour processing and dispatch of in-stock orders.

5-8 working days processing for out-of-stock and made-to-order purchases.

Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping confirmation.


Shipping Operational Policy Details

If a specific ordered item(s) is physically out of stock, we will not short ship.

Rather we will hold your order until it is complete in line with your ordered and paid for checkout basket, and then fulfil a complete order.

Shipping charges will not be partially refunded.

We are not responsible for any shipping delivery delays that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the last mile local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back in charges, once the package has exited our warehouse.

 Lost & Stolen

If your package is lost or stolen in transit you will need to make a claim with the carrier you selected when checking out. 

 Undelivered: Return to Sender

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Fullalove, it is typically due to insufficient address information.

Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information.

This can happen if an address is invalid or missing information and the carrier is unable to deliver your package.

Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be refunded minus the initial shipping charge and £5.00 restocking fee.

We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department.

Instead, please place a new order using the corrected address. Please note that we do not guarantee your chosen items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
