We accept returns within 10 workdays [Monday through Friday = workdays] of you receiving your order.


This means that we Fullalove must physically receive the returned items within that 10-workday timeframe.

Such timeframes are strictly applied and adhered to.


All “On-Sale” purchased items are final; they cannot be returned, and shipping fees are non-refundable.


Returned articles must be in “as new” condition and be received by us with the original wrapping / packaging.


Fullalove reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items.


UK Customers

A return shipping label and instructions are included in our goods dispatched shipping documents


Overseas customers must email us for the same.



Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your purchased product to:

You are responsible for shipping costs relating to your returning item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping incurred by Fullalove will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.

If you are shipping an item over GBP 100, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When this return shipping service is used, the cost of the return shipping label and return service will be deducted from your refund.





Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.


We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business work days.


Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund after two complete working weeks from goods returned date, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
